Who even wrote this e-book? Mark Feldman wrote it. He was one of the winners of Modern Drummer Magazine's very first drum solo contest which was judged by Neil Peart.

But besides that, he's been playing for over 40 years, and has had some pretty amazing teachers. People like John Riley, Shawn Pelton, Dave DiCenso, Glen Sobel and others. He's also played with people like Oz Noy, Will Lee, Joel Hoekstra and others.

Is there a physical book? Not at the moment. We wanted to make it easy and fast to get the book so there's only an e-book right now.

What's the point of drum licks, anyway? "Drum Licks" is just a less boring way of saying "drum set vocabulary." And every drummer needs vocabulary in order to "speak" on the drum set. The e-book is just a way of giving you some cool-sounding vocabulary for free. And the licks are cool! You'll want to use them.
